I had great time in this b&B. The owner sent a taxi to get us at the airport at midnight (Only 21 euros for a private taxi). She was so friendly and helpful with us and helped us organising the week end. The rooms were well furnished, with air conditionning. We could have the breakfast outside on the terrasse wich was great. You feel like home there. Great time in Malta, dont hesitate, its a great place for a low price.

The owners of the guest house (Maria, Marc and Sean) are very friendly and helpful. They helped to arrange everything I needed. The guest house is itself really cozy and they clean the rooms every day which is quite remarkable considering we are talking about a small family owned place. The location is excellent (center of St. Julians is 5 minutes walk, bus stop 1 minute). To find the place is a bit tricky though, so be prepared. Maria at the breakfast, Marc in the kitchen and Sean in the bar make your stay really unforgettable. I definitely want to go back!

The breakfast had a great variety including fresh strawberries and water, all delicious, and reasonably priced; plus, the location is exceptionally convenient, just a short walk from Portomaso Marina.

First thing that stands out is the welcome you receive from Maria and her two sons, nothing is too much for them .Rooms are clean and spacious , and with all the facilities you would want during your stay .Public areas are homely and comfortable , a well stocked bar ,and a comfortable lounge/ dining area . The food is outstanding whether it be a snack or a full meal .Location is ideal a walk away from the noise of Paceville ,but only two minutes from buses that will connect you to the rest of the island ,The great reviews come as no surprise to me Maria knows the hotel trade inside out as you will learn , she is complimented by her sons Mark and Shaun who have traveled widely , you get the feeling Green Grove is well thought out , professional but yet with a personal touch , a real gem of a place .
I was not there long enough , but I will remedy that in eight weeks time .

kind and helpful staff, really authentic place, bus stop is near but it takes almost 1 hour to go to Valletta.
AC was noisy next to the window (even at night as well)

We were immediately greeted by Mark upon our arrival who was clearly expecting us. He was very friendly and accomodating. We were only staying one night, flying out early the next morning. We would be missing the included breakfast. Without even having to ask, he offered croissants and fruit for the morning! There is a coffee maker in the room. The room itself was very small which would probably be my only, though minor complaint. It was nicely decorated and there was ample storage room if we were staying longer. Mark and his brother were very helpful in giving directiones and arranging a taxi for the morning. Short walk to bars and restaurants but away from the craziness of Paceville. Would definitely go back!
Size of the room.

The room was spacious and the beds are good. The bathroom was a little bit dated, but adequate. The location is very good. A bus stop is very close to the hotel and the hotel is situated in a very quiet street. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Fresh coffee with breakfast would be nice.
